London’s Stories wants to know about you!

I imagine that if you are looking at this section of the site then some smiling person has pressed a card into your hand and urged you to check it out.

Firstly…I apologise if you were alarmed. I know that interactions with strangers aren’t all that common and I understand that people don’t normally hand out cards asking you personal questions about yourself. Take it as a compliment!

Secondly…thank you for taking the time to visit the site. You can read all about why I set it up here. Even if you don’t want to feature on the site – please take a moment to read through some of the interviews and features to see whether or not you like them. You may just learn a little about your fellow Londoners. If you like what you see, please tell everyone you know. Karma will reward you!

Thirdly (and most importantly)…  the person who handed you the card thought that you looked interesting. This meant they liked your smile or the outfit that you were wearing; they had noticed that you were reading the same book or they overheard the music blaring from your ear phones and realised that they were standing next to someone with great taste in music. They may have looked at you and wondered where you come from, who matters to you and what makes you cry with laughter.

They wanted to know more. And so do I.
